Evidence of any of the below actions by a subscriber, is grounds for suspension of services pending investigation by Optic Fibre & Wireless, and may result in termination of violating account(s). Under certain conditions, usage of accounts by methods not listed below may also be deemed abusive or inappropriate, therefore all possible uses and subsequent actions cannot be listed. If you are unsure, you should contact Optic Fibre & Wireless. This policy covers all services provided by Optic Fibre & Wireless, and is deemed to be part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Spam Email
Subscribers are prohibited from sending unsolicited email messages to multiple recipients (known as "spam")
Malicious Email
Subscribers are prohibited from sending malicious mail bombing / flooding, and the sending of harassing email messages.
As SPAM and Malicious Email abuse systems resources, Optic Fibre & Wireless reserves the right to charge subscribers for improper use of email services.
Storage or transfer of any material which describes in any detail hacking, cracking, or other methods which may or may not be intended to be used on or against any Optic Fibre & Wireless servers.
The storage or transfer of any material which would not be legally available or would require a MA15 rating or higher.
Multiple logins via any service is not permitted.
